I do NOT recommend Sean or his firm based on the fact that his firm repeatedly missed deadlines with the court and when I requested a reduction in fees for this his response was to bully me into believing that he had done a good job. While my custody case was resolved to my satisfaction, the service I received from Sean and his office was, I believe, unacceptable. My case was very straightforward and simple, and I was so disappointed at how the paralegal handling my case dropped the ball. Felt as if once I paid them they totally forgot about me. I felt like I had to act as a project manager to keep things moving because filings were about to expire. *Just got an invoice 1 year later for a small amount. Why was this not communicated to me a year ago when it happened? Seems to fit the pattern of forgetting about their clients.
