I felt like I had to act as a project manager to keep things moving because filings were about to expire. *Just got an invoice 1 year later for a small amount. Why was this not communicated to me a year ago when it happened? Seems to fit the pattern of forgetting about their clients.

My wife and I had a custody case that lasted over a year. During that time Sean never truly even learned the names of the children involved in the case. Over 20k later and multiple court dates being delayed so he could go on vacations absolutely nothing has changed. He does a great job of pretending outrage when you kids are being abused or mistreated.
