I came to Mr. Bergman because my daughter referred me after I was in a multi-car accident with my elderly parents in 2021. Being that it was a multi-car accident, where I had no fault, liability was being fought, and it caused our cases to go into litigation to find who is truly responsible for our damages. I have had Mr. Bergman represent me on multiple occasions and every case I have had with him he has always gotten me a wonderful result. My most recent case with him I was rear ended very badly, making this accident the one that affected me the worst. It required me to have a year and half of medical care and because of this, Mr. Bergman got all the money available in this particular case. I was in an accident a few years ago and I was the one who did not want to pursue an injury claim. My friend who was in the accident with me, “coerced” me to pursue a claim and I’m glad I did.
