Apex Roofing referred me to Scott Klotzman's office when my insurance carrier would not properly pay to fix my home’s roof after a big storm. Scott Klotzman's office sued Universal for around $150,000 on my behalf. This was mostly because Apex Roofing's repair estimate came in at over $90,000. After receiving a denial letter for roof damage after Hurricane Irma, I was going to attempt to handle the appeal on my own. Short and sweet, I was never going to get around to it and contacted their office. It took a while to settle my claim, but they were able to get me enough to cover my new roof without any out of pocket costs. They also kept in touch to advise me on what was going on with the case.
