I gave this attorney $5000 and he disappeared. He will not return my calls. He will not return my emails. He will not return the calls the legal shield who referred me to him and he has done no work for me at all. Now I have to file a complaint With the Florida bar. Do not hire this attorney he will steal your money and you will have to hire another attorney to go after him. He took advantage of me as my son had just passed away, and I had to hire an attorney to help get insurance hospital money for my son owed
I paid Mr. Faden for services never received. He has not returned any monies owe. I had to hire another attorney for services that Mr. Scott Faden had misrepresented. I file a complaint with the Florida Bar and Mr. Faden received a disciplinary inquiry in his file. I was advised that Mr. Faden had rec'd a courtesy call to return my retainer, but has yet to respond. I am now looking to file a civil case for monies owe to me, since disciplinary action was taken by the Florida bar. I would advised to look for another attorney. ... read more
