After the initial phone contact, my partners and I had a in person meeting with Sara to receive legal advice about “seller financing” the sale of a commercial property in sacramento. She carefully listened to our statements, asked some key questions and provided her professional advice, that saved us a great deal of money, time, and headache. Her friendly attitude made us very comfortable throughout the session.
Sara is a consummate professional: insightful, helpful, and makes complex issues easy to understand. I needed quick counsel on a real estate matter involving a home I inherited. Sara gave excellent advice for the disclosures and other matters that arose where I needed expert counsel and guidance.
