Mr. Puentes was really good at helping me understand the risks of the process. You simply cannot get a fast resolution with the best outcome, even if the case appears weak. I was in a bind, but Mr. Puentes was ultimately able to get me a fair resolution that was very comparable to going through the process of a trial. I do not believe any other attorney would have been able to achieve the outcome I received because he is extremely knowledgeable and is willing to keep negotiating until the last minute.
