Unfortunately, I never spoke to the lawyer as the interaction with the secretary left me quite uncomfortable due to how I was spoken to. Prior to having a phone consultation payment is required. The security called and I gave her my card information over the phone. About an hour later she called me back and right at the start of the call, she said, "I don’t have time to track you down for another payment, so I need you to give me a real card number this time."
