Mr. Morad was the public defender in my sons case of trespass, for applying for a job at a public building, if you can even believe that such a thing could happen! Mr. Morad assured my son that he was a competent lawyer and would take his case. Mr. Morad told us that the prosecution had no evidence of trespass and therefore could not present it's case at time of final pre -trial.
