I recently had the pleasure of working with Robert Lin's office for estate planning. The staff was welcoming and provided excellent service. They were both informative and thorough throughout the process. Robert demonstrated great patience in explaining everything clearly and accommodating my additional requests. I highly recommend him to anyone considering estate planning services.
Robert and Sunny were very pleasant and easy to work with, but I was disappointed that they were ultimately not able (or willing) to answer key questions about the trust they had set up. Specifically, after creating the trust, they could not confirm whether it qualifies as a see-through trust (which matters if the trust will be a beneficiary of HSAs, IRAs, etc.).
