Called and left my information and explained my accident. Was told I’d get a call back, nothing. I call again and get transferred to Robert. Barely lets me explain my accident and keeps interrupting me. Back story - I was at an outdoor concert and in the crowd was hit in the back of the head by a CO2 canister.
