I had tried to buy a house in 2011. I did appraisal to the house and paid half of the attorney's fee $375. It was very difficult to talk with the attorney and the assistant because I was always told they are busy. Finally I lost this house because their delayed and their unclear issues with seller's attorney. My $375 was not refunded to me. I was told I could use it at next service.
