He is also able to litigate if you and your spouse cannot agree on terms. That sounds great right? It would if that meant that your case was actively being worked in and hasn't been turfed off to an associate without your knowledge or amy imformation as to his level of supervision over your case. My case sat for 4 months with no communication or advice from his office. His associate was showing up and asking for continuances with no communication for me, their client.
