Randy helped me with probate estate planning for my mom when she had no one to turn to, he handles each client with patience and care.
Rude constantly hang up on clients and yells at them. Negligently paid payouts to wrong name which caused delay in payouts.
This lawyer was hired by my aunt and uncle for our grandmothers house for probate. As one of the parties listed in the probate he would not have the time to talk on the phone to any of us or me when I would call and ask question. Verbally call me stupid and said I was under his pay grade. When I told him I was not nails some papers and he was rude and said he would not mail me the papers that someone was stealing my mail and dismissed it.
