These scumbags will not work with you. They will send people to your job to take you out for a "dusting" mafia style like what they did to me on Friday a couple of days ago. My wife has a medical issue and had been in and out of the hospital while I was on Active Duty with the United States Army. I was not present at the time of emergency. However, upon hearing about the bill, I attempted to track down information for her to pay it. Kofford's office decided to take me to court as some kind of responsible party. Great to deal with. I called as a debtor and got first rate customer service and resolved the debt by paying it.

ABSOLUTELY HORRID!!! This is a collection company, but shouldn't they provide some customer service? Is there a reason why the entire staff is as rude as humanly possible? I had a bill that went IN ERROR into collections. I tried to get the information from them to clear up the error. They refused to provide it.
