I just went through a trademark custody settlement with Phillip. Overall, a pleasant guy, very knowledgable. I ended up getting some compensation from other party. I was obviously trying to recoup some of my lost investment in the business. HERE IS THE THING: Every time I made a settlement for a dollar amount, Phillips fees SUDDENLY would basically match the amount. I would squeeze another 500, BOOM his fees went up 475.
