This public defender doesn't work for you, he's a GOAT for the prosecution. I called his office multiple times during my case and he NEVER returned my calls. My case dragged on for months because the judge, plaintiff (liar), and Russo missed multiple court dates. Again, there was NO CONTACT. Russo and the judge misread the documents from my insurance company, who by the way, sold me a policy established by the state, omitting a certain detail.
