Great experience talking to the attorney on the phone. While he didn't take my case because it wasn't specifically in his wheelhouse, he did provide a couple of referrals, was a good listener, and offered advice and insight into the process. Probably one of the better first contacts I've had with a business and that includes non law firms with "customer service." If Paul is as good at presenting cases for his clients as he is in initial interaction, I think his clients are in good hands.

Thanks to Paul Ralph the injuries to myself and my dogs were settled out of court. As one who stays away from litigation I wouldn’t have gotten anywhere with this person who bold faced lied to AC, claiming her dog didn’t bite me or my 2 terriers, over a puddle of my own O+ blood on the asphalt. I recommend Paul Ralph highly.
