As Stated below and from several others who worked with Paul Chan stay away. He was very rude and talks very negatively. I did not mind his attitude but he was a terrible representative as well. He did not help with the case at all, and made statements against me during the investigation. He also appeared to have a relationship with the state, and could be involved with getting kickbacks . Paul was professional and well prepared for my hearing with the California Medical Board. His arguments were very persuasive. To my happy surprise, I was granted an early termination of my medical license probation. I would recommend him to anyone!
