Be aware. He may sound nice at first impression, but not competent in his field. In hinder sight, his approach to my appeal was totally wrong giving my circumstance. wish I had chosen another lawyer. On top of this, his office forgot to pay the appeal court's fee. He had to write a lengthy begging letter to the appeal court so that my case was not tossed out. Awful. Please stay away. Added: Such a typical lawyer's response. Deny everything. Everything I posted here is true except my online name.
5 stars isn’t enough… 10 is more like it! Mr. McGinley is an incredible attorney and even kinder person. He explains the law to his clients to help them better understand what they are going through, and zealously represents them! He is very experienced and knowledgeable in his practice areas.
