A 'friend' of mine borrowed a substantial amount from me and did not pay me back when she was able to pay. She ignored me in every communication I tried. Finally, I called Ms. Brown-McGill. She is a consultant serving my wife's retirement benefits. Ms. Brown-McGill was great.
