Would give zero stars if I could. You should have seen the look on her face when she was trying to shake me down over my property line and I informed her I had a filed survey with the county. She stuttered. It was great. Anyway, avoid and if you’re on the opposite side of the table know that she isn’t thorough enough to read a fully prepared document with all the details (yeah, the filed survey was in that document she had well in advance of our meeting).
I will be filing a lawsuit against this unscrupulous, Law Firm!! I received a notification that they were attempting to levy my account for a financial obligation of my ex husband on a property he acquired before we were married also, I was NEVER on title to the property. I have been HARASSED with letters and notifications for YEARS regarding a financial obligation not associated with me!! A covid-19 outbreak occurred in her office due to her extreme negligence and lack of concern for the welfare of her staff. After knowing her staff had been potentially exposed to covid-19, she continued to have her staff come to the office in-person while she herself worked from home. After the covid-19 case was confirmed, SHE DID NOT IMMEDIATELY NOTIFY HER STAFF. SHE STILL HAD THEM COME INTO THE OFFICE TO WORK. I would never trust a person with such a clear absence of morality and ethics.
