I had this guy to handle the selling and buying of a condo in year 2021, at the first interview he gave me a very good impressions and seems like everything would be smooth and pleasant, but after I gave him the initial deposit to start the transition everything has been changed, all the promises have been broke, missed email communication, refused to closed the deal as agreed, no explanation of the content of contract, he did even late 1 hour at the closing day.
