IRS problem I highly recommend this guy. I am one of the victims of 1-800 "penny-on-a-dollar" scams. Went with those so called "experts", and they were totally worthless. Came to see this attorney, he pretty much confirmed that you can't trust these national companies when it comes to taxes and settlements. He spent 5 months fighting the IRS, and the settlement was unbelievable. I was expecting to pay at least triple that to the IRS. Offer in Compromise I live in Chatham. I came to see this lawyer after my CPA told me he couldn't help me any further. The accountant was clearly getting over his head with this. Turns out OIC is a science. The lawyer had to redo everything, but it was worth it. I paid less to close out the case than I could dream for. I owed 4 years worth of IRS taxes, close to $100,000. Good lawyer, not greedy. Very satisfied with the attorney. I had to wait 3 weeks to get the first appointment, but it was worth it. Once we established the relationship, though, he was available 24/7 by email and would respond immediately, if you can believe that. Would recommend to anybody, but be prepared to be put on the cancelation list.
