Norm came recommended to me. When my daughter and I finally met him at his office I was pleasantly surprised. He is very down to earth. He makes you feel comfortable as he listens to you talk about your situation. He took his time with us making sure we went over everything possible. When it came time to decide on whether I was hiring him I did not hesitate to sign the paperwork. I feel confident knowing that Norm is on my team fighting for my best interest. I highly recommend him.
