I called Nick to consult with him on a few items. He answered my questions quickly and was able to explain the law and legal terms, in addition as to the reasoning behind them. Understanding the reasoning and discussing the different scenarios helped best prepare me with my response and how I approached the situation. Not professional.
This is my experience. I hired this man for his monthly fee of $270 and signed a contract. Then I never heard from him again. I had to email him 3 times to get a response, his office phone number never answered. He did absolutely nothing for my case, didn't contact anybody, while the court kept telling me "we haven't heard from your lawyer". He wants you to pay the cheap monthly rate to essentially respond once every week and *maybe* will show up for your court date. If you are looking for an affordable lawyer, look elsewher... read more
