So I got a ticket back in July of this year for Violation 1110(A), Disobeyed Traffic Sign or Device. I found Mr. Spevack on the internet and I called him the next day. He asked me exactly what happened and I explained to him that I was about to pick up my son at the JFK airport but was too early so I decided to stop on the side of the JFK Expressway together with other drivers.
