I am a new nurse practitioner and new to the world of 1099 employment contracts. Mr. Sousa held my hand through a wild 19-page 1099 employment contract and also educated me on California Law. Turns out the thing was completely illegal. Needless to say, I won't be signing that contract. Nonetheless, we had a good time laughing through the illegality and I got to learn a thing or two. Nice guy!
I would recommend Attorney Michael. He was very friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions and concerns I had. Camila was also very helpful as well and was very fast in responding to any concerns I had. Thank you both.
