Very disappointing! My case was settled in May and I've been waiting for almost six weeks for Michael J Gopin to approve some document to allow a check to be cut. Maybe Michael J Gopin has forgotten that I hired his law firm, not the other way around. Maybe Michael J Gopin needs a little training on customer care. If I owed him a sum of money I'm sure Michael J Gopin wouldn't want to wait six, seven eight, nine or ten weeks to receive it. This is the last Law office anyone should consider going to. Horrible experience. Currently waiting for a check. Staff keeps giving me the runaround, feel that I have been lied to, at this point don't know what to do anymore.
Legal aides (men and women) were excellent. Treat people with patience and understanding. Most of us go in there hurt and sick and the assistants are very kind and understanding. 5 star overall.
