I have been a client of both Ficchi's (father and son) for at least 20 years. I am confident of and extremely satisfied with both. They are my go-to firm for NYC real estate matters (purchase, sales, tenant/landlord issues). I highly recommend their services.
Been going to Mr Ficchi for at least 15+ years. Have used him for Real Estate Closings, Landlord Issues and Income Tax Preparation. Referred my family and friends to him for the same. We all agree that Mr Ficchi is a very professional, competent and caring attorney. He is a down to earth and honest individual. These types of lawyers are hard to find. His fees are reasonably priced. Staff is very pleasant.
