Overall my experience was disappointing. Inadequate vigilance, often felt dismissed. Very poor cost/performance.
I would have loved to have engaged with this law office, however, it has been impossible to get their time and attention. I had an initial conversation with Michael about what I need and what my next steps were and have not been able get a response back. I did receive one email about scheduling a phone call for that afternoon and when I provided a time that I was available I did not hear from them and they have not returned my emails since.
