They couldn't take our case because they don't do medical malpractice cases, but they called me back anyway and many others didn't. He handed my case off to a paralegal (or secretary, no idea the qualifications) and did not become familiar with my case. His "helper" and Fiore pressured me into settling, doing nothing to help. This was over a year ago and I still regret going with them!
