Bad!
Mr Thomas was the Guardian ad Litem appointed to my case to protect my great-niece. He was paid by the taxpayers and did absolutely nothing. He had two meetings with the child in 2 years. He made no suggestions to the court for the benefit of the child. I think he should pay the current Guardian ad Litem that's now trying to figure this all out.
