I can’t say enough great things about Markus! He constructed and filed the paperwork for an LLC we are forming with a new partner. This isn’t our first LLC filing, but it was definitely the easiest and most seamless. He contributed legal knowledge we didn’t know before, which would protect our company from possible litigation should it arise.
