DO NOT RECOMMEND… per my father’s request this is the worst lawyer one can use. Aside from false hope he gives to prolong the process, he will go after the money for himself. My father believed this man for YEARS since 2018… only to call randomly and end the case because he decided to make deals without considering us in the process. We got NOTHING in return.
Do not do business with this attorney he's a liar and doesn't communicate he does things without telling you and he's very rude an arrogant. I regret hiring this attorney I lost my case because of misrepresentation it is a judge told him that he should have approached and a different way that cost me a lot of money shame on you Mr Plummer.
Best lawyer I've used. Mark helped me settle an injury case and was fair and professional all the way through. I would highly recommend Mark to anyone looking for legal representation.
Never use this attorney he will lie to you he will have you sign documents and say you never did and that I gave him permission to take all my money hes a thief and he lies and then he hides
