Several people bought his buying property in Bankruptcy which was promoted with LASouth REIA in Torrance CA by Lisa. The guy had no clue what he was doing and had made basic material you can find on the internet for free. He charged from $8-100K with most at $20K. This turned out to be a total loss. He has no clue but talks with great confidence and arrogance. Do your life a favor....stay away.
