Ms. Graham Williams' office staff are either nonexistent or incompetent. It took days to reach Ms. GW even when she TOLD me to call her, I just got VM. Then after asking if we should drop off a check or give a CC over the phone, TEN DAYS LATER SHE TELLS US SHE TOOK ANOTHER CASE THE SAME DAY.
