Worst attorney I have ever hired. I ended up doing all of my own paperwork, filled out and filed! He said nothing in court and then did not file custody papers when we won custody no thanks to him!!

Horrible place to go!! Fleming does not work at all. She is his wife so he just does the office on his own. Mr Don Latzer is the worst attorney. When we met with him , he continued to answer his phone (no staff works there) and help whoever was on phone while we set there. I filled out all of our paperwork myself and then at the end of the case there were forms to file in order to obtain our guardianship papers, I filed those!! Not him!! He is the worst attorney ever! Do not hire!!!

Don is a hard working Intelligent Attorney. Divorce is not easy he gives you the support that is needed. He guides you to the right sources to help stablize your family and help my children endure and understand the process, that they are not at fault. He Prepares parent on what to expect from children acting out and offers resources to help stay in control.

Awful. Don is extremely rude. I would have to call multiple times before he would return my call or give me any information reagarding my case. He told me that he sent the paperwork to the other party and he didn't know why it was taking so long. He finally admitted that he never sent the paperwork three weeks prior, like he said he did. He is a waste of time. Trust me, DO NOT HIRE HIM!
