As someone experiencing legal representation for the first time after being hit by a car as a pedestrian, I had hoped for guidance and genuine support throughout the process. Unfortunately, this law office did not meet those expectations. The staff generally came across as unprofessional and at times, rude. A lady there denies my Settlement check even the check was available for me to pick up and I also got a email the same day the lady had a horrible attitude tell me how im going to spend that money on cars and stuff like it’s her place to say what I’m going to do with my money at the end she walked away while talking very unprofessional and a nightmare I still haven’t gotten my settlement check.
