They apparently take in collection cases and harass you to pay so further action is not taken. As soon as I got on the phone with the lady, she immediately got aggressive and argued with me. If that’s how they get people to pay collections, they have got another thing coming. You would think they would be cordial so that an agreement could be made. I do not recommend this lawyer. We paid most of the fee upfront and completed the remaining balance, but unfortunately, he failed to keep us updated on the case. While we understand that appeals often involve waiting for a response, it felt like he didn’t put in much effort. Despite paying a significant amount, we received no updates or communication about the status of the case.
