This Dr. That preferred to be called "Dr". Seems to be very money hungry and his bedside manor is quick, diagnoses patients super fast with the intent of squeezing in as many patients as possible to Bill insurances as quickly as can be... He has no staff, just a receptionist who is pleasant... My poor review on him is due to the fact of the above statements and his letting elderly patients hang in the wind while he takes his time and neglects to do a lot of standard testing.. Dr A is a wonderful Doctor. My father is 96 years old and woke up with an itchy red rash covering his back. I called Dr A and was given an appt immediately . He is compassionate, caring and has a wonderful bedside manner.While we were there Dr A went above and beyond.. he noticed several suspicious precancerous lesions on my father. He immediately took care of them. Dr A is a wonderful professional that Glen Cove is fortunate to have! His staff is also professional and very caring. Thank you ! Donna Foley

I see a lot of doctors (unfortunately) and in most cases its the same story. Long wait, pushing tests, run down offices etc etc. Dr. Alagheband is very personable, knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. You can get an appointment quickly if its an emergency. The office is very pleasant and I never get stuck waiting. I wish all my doctors ran this type of practice!

Ive been going for 9 years. Dr is excellent. Office is spotless. He is caring and considerate. I have NEVER had any issue and his staff are lovely. I highly recommend Avalon Dermotology,

Dr Alagheband is wonderful! He is kind, patient and has taken care of any issues Ive had quckliy and effectively. Highly recommend!
