What a disappointment of representation. He won’t make any effort to help you or make an argument on your behalf. This attorney just goes along with state to cause you more pain. Even when you hand him the proof he needs to present a solid argument, he won’t make an effort to help you. Beware!
The appointment took less than an hour
Called this “Lawyer” on Wednesday after my lawyer had already spoken to him prior to Wednesday. He told me that he understood the situation and to call him on Friday if he hadn’t gotten back to me before then. This was a time sensitive case. I called him on Friday and not only did he not answer the phone, he either shut his phone off or blocked me.
