I had so much hope in Joe from our initial meeting. After court he would act scared of the other attorney and called her a pitbull in court. Sorry Joe it doesn't show much in your ability to handle a court case if you tell your own client the other attorney is a pitbull. Joe was concerned about me having the money to fight for my children, but I was hesitant to add more money into my retainer. We are grandparents that are having to raise our granddaughter with no assistance from her parents. We were referred to Joe and met with him to review our case. He accepted the case and took a $1,500 retainer. That was 8 months ago and have not heard from him since. He does not return phone calls or emails. A complete sham!
