Jora Malaky is NOT a good attorney. I would NOT consider hiring him. He represented me in an auto accident last year in which he forgot to check if my personal auto insurance would cover my medical expenses. He, instead, encouraged me to take a low settlement from the kid who hit me insurance' company and use that money and my own personal health insurance to fund my back injury care. A year in a half after my injury I'm still waiting! Not sure what's going on with my case. I leave several messages and emails. Months can go by before I receive any word. Don't know the settlement amount, don't know where the case stands. Your quess is as good as mine.
This review has been long overdue. If Google would allow me to give more than 5 stars to Jora, I would not hesitate. He is an A+ attorney ALL THE WAY. Honest, more than generous and a compassionate person (this is rare to trait find in a lawyer these days). All the other honest Google reviews will attest to that. To say that I am unsatisfied with the services provided by this law firm is an understatement. I came to this office referred by one of my coworker thinking Jora was going to handle my case. They accepted my case. My case was sitting in their office for 9 month without anyone following up on it; it was truly frustrating having to call them constantly to make sure that my case kept moving forward.
