Jon was very helpful through every step of the way. He was very knowledgeable and explained every aspect to me about what I needed to know. He was also very patient with me as I wasn’t in the right state of mind at one point after my accident which was very difficult for me. I am very grateful I found Jon after a very horrific experience with a previous lawyer. This was the best experience I could have asked for as my first time experiencing this in my life. I cannot sing my praises for Jon Friedman loud enough! I think it's fair to say that no one wants to have a personal injury attorney, but if you do, Jon is your guy. Throughout my case he was communicative, caring, and available to answer any questions I had.
