I would definitely not recommend John Orcutt Law firm. They were leading me in the completely wrong direction with mine and my fiance's cases. They were trying to force me to surrender property that I did NOT have to surrender and also were refusing to do both our cases as a Ch. 13 because "we aren't married". Very disappointed in my service so far! Can never get in contact with my assigned paralegal via email or phone. Office staff has become RUDE! Really hating my decision to work with you all. As soon as my fees were paid in full customer service left the building.
