I needed an old dryer removed from my laundry room. However, there were two other appliances blocking the way through the door. The specialist came by and skillfully disconnected and removed my water heater AND my new dryer, moved the old dryer out, then reconnected the water heater and new dryer. It was a massive job that I was scared, but I couldn't believe how swiftly it went. Thumbs up.
Our air conditioning stopped working sometimes back. I contacted Breezy Heating & Cooling on Wednesday afternoon, they came out to fix it Thursday morning. Robert was very professional. He diagnosed the problem and made his recommendation. He was very honest. The compressor needed to be replaced. He sent me an estimate. I shopped around and decided to move forward with Breezy Heating & Cooling. Robert ordered the parts, replaced the compressor the same day. I highly recommend them.
After receiving several quotes for a new furnace, Air-rite had the best price. The installer, Edwardo , showed up right on time, calling before his arrival. The installation was challenging and perplexing, but by no fault of Air-rite. They stepped up and made all necessary changes, which included a second trip the next day to implement the fix they came up with. All of this at no additional cost beyond their original quote. Breezy Heating & Cooling which is run by the technician, has been our contractor for over a decade. He has installed systems for us and other family members and always delivered on price and the work. He's always happy to explain the difference in cost and performance between different systems. And he's also bailed us out on short notice when we've had any problems, as in two days ago in the late evening when our thermostat quit and we had no heat. Recommend without reservation.
Everyone we dealt with at Horne were professional, knowledgeable to work with.Excellent sales Rep who answered all our questions in a timely manner and helped select the right system for us. The install team Colby, Austin and Nick did a great job in installing our new furnace and A/C system. They took the time to stop and answer our questions as they proceeded.
