Had a bad experience with Joel, 8 years ago. He made very poor decisions for my daughters case, double billed, scheduled, forgot things from meetings, rescheduled to discuss the same stuff all over again. Joel Bierer was one of the most compassionate attorneys I had the pleasure working with throughout my legal career which included Who's Who in the Law (1968) (So you know I saw a lot of "action" with my company Federal Legal Resources.) In addition, Joel was thorough and very ethical. That could aggravate some clients who wanted him to take "shortcuts." He was a wonderful man and a true "man of the law."
