We were stopped at a cross walk and letting college students cross. A mail truck came out of nowhere and rear-ended us. My 4 1/2 year old son was in the back. I ended up needing physical therapy, saw orthopedists and had to have injections. I called Joe because I was confused as far as insurance issues. A friend recommended him. I saw the advertisement on TV and when the guy said We mean business and pointed his finger, it was like he was pointing at me. Everybody in the office acted professionally towards me. They had an open ear to what I was saying and they would get me answers. Usually if I had a question, within a half hour they called back with an answer, a good answer. I had been denied social security and decided to see if a lawyer could help me. I called Joe. My lawyer there was very personable and kept me informed. He would call me himself and let me know how things were going. I also appreciated that when I told my story, I didn't feel like anybody was looking down at me. He took the time to listen to me and educate me on all the facts. I really appreciated that. The Law Offices of Joe Bornstein did an excellent job for me.

Very, very helpful. My attorney explained things really well and sort of got a trust going right away, which is hard for me because I'm not a good people person. I was contacted frequently and kept right up to date straight through the whole process. I felt he did a very good job.

I chose to get a lawyer because I needed hospital bills paid. I chose Joe because I knew he'd take care of the business and make it happen for me. They treated me great. Showed me 100% respect. Made me feel like family. They're just a great bunch of people.
