After not calling back when they promised, I was told that they are extremely busy in a way that was not at all welcoming. Maybe they ought to cut back on their marketing if they don’t need new clients.
They helped me every step of the way on my claim even gave me some pointers on what to do on some parts they didn’t handle witch was very welcomed and helped me out along the way with our claim. If it wasn’t for there help I wouldn’t have gotten the compensation I deserved and can’t thank them enough.
I was involved in a motorcycle accident. Ben Bornstein and Michelle assisted me and made sure I was taken care of. I didn't have to do anything as they did all the work which relieved alot of stress. Michelle answered all questions, multiple times of days for over 6 months. They are responsive and make sure you are involved with what is going on.
