Joan Marie navigated my divorce mediation with an eloquence I didn’t know was possible. A beautiful space, comfortable accommodations, and great staff. Her assistant Scott was so knowledgeable and helpful. No one “enjoys” divorce mediation but my time there was enjoyable, nonetheless. She was experienced, timely and her insight was invaluable. Horrible, I literally had to argue with her about me not paying child support and the mediator had to side with me after she threaten me about paying more. I had to pay 5k just to defend myself from my lawyer multiple times throughout the case.

This attorney lacks integrity and good judgment and has willfully and illegally used her position to attempt to violate the rights of a minor and should be disbarred. I do NOT recommend her for representation of any family law matter nor as a guardian ad litem.
